From a candidates’ perspective we realise the importance of representing you to as many clients and opportunities as possible. In order for us to work efficiently and proactively on your behalf, we ask that you provide us with a detailed brief on your achievements to date as well as a description of what your ideal role would look like.
If you don’t match any of our live opportunities, we will proactively go to the market and endeavour to present you with one or more opportunities that match your contracting requirements or career aspirations.
Referencing
Our network of customers is just as important to us as our candidates. In order to maintain this, we ask that if you are a newly registered candidate, you must provide us with a minimum of 2 reference who will be able to verify your skills and experience and also confirm dates of employment in recent posts. These must be legitimate points of contacts within the relevant organisation and not ex-colleagues or other parties.
Contractors
We understand the demands of the IT contractor marketplace and are supported by a highly experienced back office function who are able to process contract paperwork within 24 hours of offer. We also partner with a number of experienced Payroll and Umbrella companies as to offer advice on tax and pay both in the UK and overseas.
